3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our email or in person. Payments are accepted in two ways:

• Advance payment via bank transfer.
• Cash payment at the time of the tour.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of a cancellation on our part, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

5. Liability

Valencia Walking Tour is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations of tours due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, external events, local restrictions, etc.).

Customers participate in the tours at their own risk. Valencia Walking Tour is not responsible for accidents, losses, or personal damages during the tour.

7. Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, customers must:

• Be punctual and arrive on time at the meeting point.
• Maintain a respectful attitude towards the guide, other participants, locals, and monuments.
• Follow the guide’s instructions during the tour.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
